Multi-omics AD atlas launched to guide research

A new multi-omics resource tool – including genome, transcriptome, proteome, and metabolome data – is now available to help guide future research and drug development in AD.

The AD Atlas (a beta version is available at adatlas.org) is a collaborative effort involving researchers from countries including Germany, USA, Australia, and Qatar. They developed a user-friendly network-based framework for the atlas, to allow easier large-scale cross-omics analyses.
